  14. TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW requires approx. 1600KB free RAM. Please check Program
  15. Manager > Help > About Program Manager if you have 1.6 MB RAM free.

  20. Please check if you are running in standard or enhanced mode. If you have not
  21. enough memory you have to run Windows in enhanced mode. Use a permanent
  22. swapfile to get more RAM (see Windows manual).

  35. This is not possible. TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW 2.0 requires Windows 3.1 or later
  36. versions.

  39. Question:  I have problems with running TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW in my OS/2
  40.            Windows Box. What should I do?

  42. Use Windows 3.1. We do not support OS/2 and the OS/2 Windows Box. There is
  43. no intend to fix that problem, because it shows only that the OS/2-Windows Box
  44. isn't really compatible to Windows 3.1. Ask IBM for help.

  47. Question:  Sometimes TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW does not copy all objects to the
  48.            Clipboard and sometimes it does not print the whole drawing.

  50. This bug is known in versions 1.05 and older. The bugs however were based on a
  51. bug in Microsoft's Windows. Just order an update from your local distributor.
  52. Make sure to receive the latest version of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW, at least
  53. version 1.11.

  57.            with one exception: colors, zoom areas and the symbol-names in the
  58.            sample library are in a foreign language.

  84. In version 1.x of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW, start the program. Then press the
  85. keys ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+RETURN (ALT+CTRL+RETURN, ALT+SHIFT+RETURN or
  86. SHIFT+CTRL+RETURN should also work). In the appearing dialog box, enter your
  87. name, the name of the company you work for (optional) and your serial number.

  89. In version 2.0 of TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW, choose the command LICENSE in the
  90. help menu. In the appearing dialog box, enter your name, the name of the
  91. company you work for (optional) and your serial number.

  96. Question:  I moved the TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW files into another directory.
  97.            Now the program cannot find the file "DINDRAFT.TVL". What shall I
  98.            do?

  100. It is recommended NOT to move the TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW files after the
  101. installation. If you have to move the files to another drive, please do first
  102. re-install TommySoftware« CAD/DRAW to that drive and then move all additional
  103. files (your own drawings, libraries and settings) into the new directory.
