  43. + Licensing the program is now done by means of the command Help>License. You
  44.   have to enter the serial number that is attached to your personal manual.
  45. + Starting from version 2.00, TommySoftware CAD/DRAW does only work under
  46.   Windows 3.1 or Windows NT. Windows 3.0 is no longer supported.
  47. + SETUP.EXE has been replaced with an installation program running under
  48.   Windows 3.1. It allows to install into subdirectories and creates a group in
  49.   the Program Manager.
  50.   The mailbox version now resides in a single archive (TSCD20.ZIP).

  74.   inch) uses a higher internal resolution, increasing the printing accurary by
  75.   about 400%. Especially useful when printing DIN A3 or 11 x 17 inch.
  76. + The definition of "inch" was changed from 25.3995 mm to 25.4 mm.
  77. + All converters where replaced with an updated version 1.30.

  102.   cancelled hazardly when Windows Clock was active.
  103. + The standard settings requested a minimum of 2 MB RAM for object data. This
  104.   caused CAD/DRAW to fail on 2 MB machines. Reduced to 256 KB.
  105. + All convertes where replaced with an updated version 1.10.
