  127.   35 frames per second has been improved. On fast PCs where the actual
  128.   achieved frame rate may be up to 70fps, the diagnostic tool now reports
  129.   an accurate frame rate. Inaccuracies may be experienced on very fast
  130.   PCÆs that achieve frame rates greater than approximately 70 frames
  131.   per second.
  132. - If the XingMPEG DriverÆs "Use Video Acceleration" option is
  133.   disabled, a warning of this condition is now properly displayed
  134.   when the Video Performance test is run.

  149. - When accessing primary surface DCI on some display systems,
  150.   fatal errors may occur when resizing the video playback
  151.   window during playback.
  152. - During MPEG file playback, accessing dialog boxes within the application
  153.   that is controlling playback (e.g., the XingMPEG Player program or Media
  154.   Player) may be subject to delays.

  156. XingMPEG Player (XMPLAYER.EXE)
  157. - When the XingMPEG Player is accessing Direct Draw video acceleration,
  158.   clicking on the Track Bar during playback may cause a bright green
  159.   border to appear around the Track Bar.
  160. - The Video Performance Diagnostic tool improperly reports the
  161.   overall frame rate on PC's that achieve greater than approximately
  162.   35 frames per second. On fast PCs where the actual achieved frame
  163.   rate may be 60fps or greater, the diagnostic tool will never report
  164.   a frame rate higher than approximately 35 frames per second. In such
  165.   situations, the following error usually appears:onThere is a problem
  166.   with Subsystems Performance Values".
  167. - If the XingMPEG Driver's "Use Video Acceleration" option is disabled,
  168.   no warning of this condition is displayed when the Video Performance
  169.   test is run. Before running this test, make sure the XingMPEG Driver's
  170.   "Use Video Acceleration" option is enabled.
  171. - The XingMPEG Player's Mute button does not reflect or affect the
  172.   current state of the Windows95 Audio Mute control. If you do not
  173.   hear audio when playing MPEG files, check the Windows95 Audio Mute
  174.   and Volume controls and make sure the XingMPEG Driver's Rate Control
  175.   feature is enabled.
