  22.    This collection of programs include a few utilities that I've created
  23.    for my personal use in the last year; they can be used to:
  24.  
  25.    * BLANKIT    invoke a screen blanker; the user must press
  26.                 a button on the mouse or a key on the keyboard to exit
  27.                 (mouse movements are ignored)
  28.  
  29.    * BLINK      toggle between blink mode/hi-intensity mode
  30.  
  31.    * FHEX       locate hexadecimal sequences in a file, with wildcards
  32.  
  33.    * MERGE      merge two sorted files
  34.  
  35.    * MOUSE      set environment according to mouse position
  36.  
  37.    * PAD        extend or truncate files
  38.  
  39.    * TRANS      replace sequences of bytes with other sequences
  40.  
  41.    * VMODE      change text video mode interactively (25/43/50 lines)

  43.    * WHICH      print pathname of a command in the path

  60.    Just copy the EXE files to a directory in your path.

  62. Usage

  64.    All the programs, except MOUSE, print out a short usage summary if run
  65.    without parameters.

  73.      * The files on which you run filter programs (FHEX, MERGE, PAD, TRANS).
