  4. To enable Image Eye v3.1 or later to view images stored in Iterated Systems
  5. Inc's Fractal Image File format, you must install  the Deco_32.dll file  on
  6. your system.

  8. The Deco_32.dll file is supplied by Iterated Systems Inc, and is distributed
  9. subject to the conditions stated in the License.Txt file.  Please read these
  10. conditions before installing. For information about the FIF format,software,
  11. latest decoder versions, et c.,visit Iterated Systems www site at:

  14. To install: Copy the Deco_32.dll  file to your ..\Windows\System  directory.
  15. If  you already have this file, keep the newest  version only  (new versions
  16. should be backward compatible,  so this should  not cause  any trouble  with
  17. older software). The version of the file supplied here is v6.1.You may check
  18. the version number of  any previously  installed file  by selecting the file
  19. in the Explorer and then selecting 'Properties'.
