  22.  marketplace. SQM allows effortless and immediate updating in either the
  23.  factory, field, or the end user's system, thereby eliminating the costly
  24.  software obsolescence issue. Through SQM technology, the eCi Inspector
  25.  Series is able to send the system configuration to a support center and
  26.  receive a response through a modem, fax, e-mail, or an Internet
  27.  connection.
