  6. Alarm is an easy-to-use but full-featured alarm system for Windows. It allows the user to set an unlimited number of alarms with reminder notes attached to them. Alarms may be scheduled to recur at pre-defined (or post-defined) intervals.  Place its icon in your startup group.

  8. The program also features a SNOOZE interval function, and the ability to modify an existing alarm.  It uses Windows multimedia capabilities to play customizable sounds for alarms.

  10. Some of the features in Alarm that may be of interest include:

  12. - Recurring alarms:  Once, daily, weekdays, weekly,
  13.   monthly, annually, and custom recurrence
  14. - Recurring alarms can have a termination date
  15.   ("Repeat until:")
  16. - Per alarm customizable "Don't remind after x minutes"
  17.   (Range: 0-999)
  18. - Day of week display when setting alarms
  19. - An unlimited number of alarms
  20. - An unlimited number of collections of alarms (files)
  21. - WAV alarms sounds, which can be individually set for
  22.   each alarm; select via Browse Button or drop down
  23.   listbox.
  24. - Alarms always editable
  25. - Configurable snooze time, determined per alarm, after
  26.   alarm has fired
  27. - Snooze for up to 999 minutes, hours or days
  28. - Large alarm note field:  up to 32,767 characters
  29. - Note field is always editable
  30. - Always-on-Top option
  31. - Toolbar and status bar
  32. - Context-sensitive help
  33. - Screen location memory
  34. - It's not interpreted (like Visual Basic code); it's compiled.
  35.   On most systems, there will be a perceivable speed
