  1. Install the ULead GIF Animator v2.0 or Ulead SmartSaver and when it 
  2. asked for location of WebRazor, just go into the install directory. 
  3. You will find a file call instsvr.dll. Backup it first and then copy 
  4. the patched file (included in this crackz) onto it. And click on the 
  5. install program to continue and then when the program asked for the 
  6. location to install the full version of GIF Animatior or SmartSaver, 
  7. restore the original instsvr.dll from the backup... 
  8. And you will get a full version GIF Animation or SmartSaver....
