- /1DESIGNING MU
- /2Any MU is defined by the TEN
- technologies used in it's
- construction. Each technology
- (Tech) can be rated from 0 to
- 10. (0 meaning it has not got
- this capability). This rating
- is called it's TechLevel.

- The Technologies are:
- -Land Propulsion.
- -Sea Propulsion.
- -Flight.
- -Spaceflight.
- -Fire power - how powerful in
- terms of penetration the
- weapon is.
- -Range - the effective
- distance of the weapon.
- -Targetting - how accurate the
- weapon is.
- -Armor - The ability to
- withstand a hit.
- -Radar - how far around you,
- you can see the enemy.
- -Transport - how many MUs you
- can carry at any one time.

- The more TechLevels needed to
- build a MU the longer it will
- take to construct. Building a
- fleet of multi-purpose do
- everything MUs is not the way
- to go.

- /1BUILDING MU
- /2The build MU screen allows
- you to build a MU.

- /1BUILDING THINGS
- /2There are FOUR types of
- facility which four times a
- month produce raw material:
- Sci-Labs - Hi-tech laboratory.
- Mines - where material is
- created.
- Power Stations - to provide
- energy for manufacturing and
- research.
- Food Farms - provide supplies
- for the Military (You must
- have a unit of Food each
- month for each MU - else
- the MU get shut down).

- /1THE WORK SCHEDULE
- /2Any building job (Build MU
- for example) gets added to the
- work Schedule. This handles
- the production and ensures
- that things get built in the
- right sequence.

- So as soon as enough material
- is available to build what's
- on the work Schedule it gets
- built.
