- If you like the board game Master Mind you love CodeCracker. The object
- of the game is to crack the computers code of 4 colors. You get 10
- tries, and the computer will give you a hint after each try.

- CodeCracker has 3 levels of difficulty, sound bits, and a top ten list.

- CodeCracker is available for Windows 3.1x, Windows95, and WindowsNT 4.0
-
- Download ccracker32.zip for Windows95 and NT 4.0

- Download ccracker.zip for Windows 3.1x

- Installation
- ------------

- 1) Download the file and unzip the contents into a new directory.
-
- 2) Follow your Windows manual on how to add icons to your program group
- or shortcuts in your start menu.

- Windows95 and WindowsNT 4.0 ShortCuts
- -------------------------------------

- 1) Right click on your desk top and selecte New|shortcut.

- 2) In the create shortcut dialog enter the folder where you unzipped
- codecracker. Click browse to locate it on your disk. Click Next.

- 3) In the next dialog enter CodeCracker 32 (or 16 depending on which version
- you downloaded). Click finish

- 4) The CodeCracker icon will appear on your desk top. You can then
- double click the icon to start the game, or you can drag the icon
- over your start menu button to place it there.

- 6) Have FUN!

- NOTE: Since the following information may not be correct (I am depending
- on my memory here). Consult your Windows manual or on line help if
- problems arise.

- 1) Open file manager and locate the folder in which you unzipped
- CodeCracker into.

- 2) Locate the file ccracker.exe. Click and drag the file into your
- Games program group (or any program group you wish). You might have to
- adjust the size of the File manager window to do this.

- 3) Close File manager and double click the CodeCracker Icon to play.
