  3. Bullsy is actually a game of Master-
  4. Mind, played with Numbers. The object 
  5. of the game is to Guess your opponent's 
  6. number. You try to get the correct 
  7. number, and you then know the number 
  8. of Bulls and Hits that you got. You can 
  9. choose any number with four digits, 
  10. that complies to these rules:

  12. - Zero Cannot be the first number
  13. - The same number Cannot be picked 
  14.   twice
  15.  
  16. The winner in Bullsy is the first one to 
  17. guess the right number.

  19. Run Bullsy.exe to begin.
