  5. from the nuclear ICBM's of a maniacal, 
  6. anti-American, Third-World dictator, who-
  7. ever we're against this week. You do this 
  8. by launching your own nuclear ABM's to fly 
  9. into the path of the incoming misiles and 
  10. detonate, destroying everything within the 
  11. nuclear burst. The missiles come in waves 
  12. and get faster and more numerous as the 
  13. game progresses.
