Roulette is a game of chance in which the players bet on a ball landing in the correct segment (numbered 0-36 and alternatively coloured red and black) on a rotating wheel. The play is under the control of a croupier who spins the ball in the opposite direction of the rotating wheel. Bets can be placed before or while the wheel and the ball are spinning. The croupier will tell you if it is too late to place a bet by calling 'no more bets'.
