Designed to be a small, fast server.
Has a low impact on Windows user programs and system resources, allowing it to serve documents with little
slowdown. It does not require installation of Win32s. Memory requirements are modest, and fluctuate according to
the number of simultaneous requests being handled.

Uses WinSock asynchronous network I/O.
All network I/O is done asynchronously, per the WinSock recommendations (see Windows Sockets Compliance),
and a generous amount of processor time is given to the Windows system.

Request-Handling Capacity
When running in multi-threaded mode with a compliant WinSock package, the server can deliver about 8 requests
per second (4KB average document size). This was measured on a 486DX/66 with 8 MB memory, VL-bus
Ethernet and disk controllers, Windows for Workgroups 3.11, Netmanage Chameleon 4.0 TCP/IP package.
