There's some data inserted here in Plan Maker which is the spreadsheet component of a shampoo Office. And I'm just going to add some totals in here using the Automatic Total option. So I'm going to click the cell where the total goes and choose this Insert Some Function button. This adds the Some Function to the cell so all I need to do is to highlight the cells that I want to sum and then I'm going to just click this button to insert the formula into the cell.
