  1. The *.txt files were copied 27 Mar 2002 from

  3.     http://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/

  5. The two big files, NormalizationTest.txt (2.0MB) and Unihan.txt
  6. (25.7MB) were not included due to space considerations.  Also NOT
  7. included were any *.html files and the derived files:

  9.     DerivedAge.txt
  10.     DerivedCoreProperties.txt
  11.     DerivedNormalizationProps.txt
  12.     DerivedProperties.txt
  13.  
  14. and the normalization-related files
  15.  
  16.     NormalizationCorrections.txt
  17.     NormalizationTest.txt
  18.  
  19. To be 8.3-friendly, the lib/unicore/PropertyValueAliases.txt was
  20. renamed to be lib/unicore/PropValueAliases.txt, since otherwise
  21. it would have conflicted with lib/unicore/PropertyAliases.txt.

  23. The *.pl files are generated from these files by the mktables script.
