  1. SuSE Linux 7.0 LiveEval

  4. To use the SuSE Linux 7.0 LiveEval CD insert it into your CD-ROM drive and
  5. boot from it.
  6.  
  7. The installation program will look for free space on your first hard
  8. drive ('C:') and create these files:
  9.  
  10.   suselive.swp:        a swap file; only if you have less than
  11.                         about 160MB main memory
  12.   suselive.usr:        this will be your /home directory
  13.   suselive.701:        the current configuration
  14.  
  15. If the installation program does't find enough free disk space your
  16. configuation will not be saved. This means, you'll have to go through the
  17. setup procedure every time you boot this CD.
  18.  
  19. Some older/defective BIOSes have problems booting from a CD-ROM drive or do
  20. not support it at all. In this case a BIOS update might help.
