You may install the Software in any location, any device; you may make unlimited copies of the Software and give copies to other persons or entities as long as all such copies contain this Agreement and the same Copyright⌐ and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the Software. Under no circumstances may you resell the copies or incorporate the Software into your own product for resale and use Software feature on your web page for Internet or Intranet publication.
2. Freeware Edition and Professional Edition Registration
This is a freeware. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software without charge. If you would like to incorporate the Software into your own product for resale and use Software feature on your web page for Internet or Intranet publication, registration for professional edition is required. The Software is owned by Yellow River Software Inc. and code is the valuable trade secrets of Yellow River Software Inc. The Software is also protected by Copyright⌐ law and international treaty provisions. Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software. You cannot delete the Yellow River Software Inc. Copyright⌐ or trademark notices.

The Software is provided to you "AS IS," and you acknowledge that it may contain errors. Yellow River Software Inc. disclaims any warranty or liability obligations to you of any kind damage.
