  8. CD2HTML is a very handy Delphi 3 program that automatically 
  9. makes html pages out of directories, complete with links to 
  10. the files, icons of files, thumbnails of pictures, descriptions 
  11. and if necessary, the index files even within rar, zip or arj files 
  12. (internal support for Zip/Unzip/UnRAR). Very useful for internet/intranet 
  13. administrators to scan and publish their files and people who 
  14. want to indexing their cd's (because it prints cd covers too 
  15. or exports them to EMF).
