COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets, incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are owned by Wedge Software or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.
REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION LICENSE:

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware Version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
Anyone distributing the SOFTWARE for any kind of remuneration must first contact Wedge Software at the address below for authorization. This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering the SOFTWARE immediately (However Wedge Software must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of the SOFTWARE.).
REGISTERED VERSION
In order to reproduce and distribute setup programs in accordance with this license, you must be registered with Wedge Software, as an authorized owner. You may then reproduce and distribute the SOFTWARE run-time files, as long as their intended and possible use is only to install files, other than themselves, on a user's computer system. You may not reproduce or distribute copies of the complete package, any files not listed above, any of the documentation, nor may you supply any means by which your users could modify your INF file, or create a new one.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
