  3. Our Refund Policy:   If for any reason you find that VRCharts does not provide the capability and functionality you anticipated 
  4. when you originally purchased the software,  we are glad to provide you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  We refund 
  5. the full purchase price and applicable tax.

  7. Our Refund Procedure:  If you took electronic software distribution  (ESD) over the Internet then complete this form, sign the 
  8. ôCertificate of Destructionö and mail both to AlterVue Systems, Inc.  for a Credit Card credit.
  9. If you took physical delivery of the VRCharts then complete this form, sign the ôCertification of Destructionö below and mail 
  10. both, along with the product,  to AlterVue Systems, Inc. for a refund.  If you paid by credit card you will receive a Credit Card 
  11. credit.  If you paid by money order or check we will send you a check.  Please allow 10 days for processing of all check refunds.
