  8. software as provided by Knowledge Dynamics Corp, and thus the performance
  9. and behavior of the WINSTALL program shipped with the Sony 8x CD-ROM may
  10. not represent the performance and behavior on WINSTALL as shipped by
  11. Knowledge Dynamics Corp. Sony is exclusively responsible for the support
  12. of the Sony 8X CD-ROM, including support during the installation phase.
