  4.                      License for use and distribution

  7.     The The Right Click Commander is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This 
  8.     means:

  10.  1. All copyrights to RCC 2000 are exclusively owned  by  the  authors  -  
  11.     Alexander Arhipov and Anton Taranov.
  12.  
  13.  2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  14.     Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish  to  continue
  15.     to use RCC 2000, you MUST register.
  16.  
  17.  3. Once registered,  the  user  is  granted a non-exclusive license  to use 
  18.     RCC 2000 on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
  19.     The registered RCC 2000 software may not be rented or leased, but may be
  20.     permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to  terms  of
  21.     this license. If the software is an update, the  transfer  must  include
  22.     the update and all previous versions.

  24.  4. The RCC 2000 unregistered  trial version,  may  be  freely  distributed,  
  25.     with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution  package  is  not 
  26.     modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution  of
  27.     RCC 2000 without written permission from the copyright holder. 
  28.     The RCC 2000 unregistered trial version may not be bundled or distributed  
  29.     with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.

  31.  5. To register you  must  complete  the  online  registration  form (see in 
  32.     documentation) and pay a registration fee.

  34.  6. RCC 2000 IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
  35.     OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE  FOR
  36.     DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY  OTHER  KIND  OF  LOSS  WHILE
  37.     USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  39.  7. You may not use,  copy,  emulate,  clone,  rent,  lease,  sell,  modify,
  40.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise  reverse  engineer,  or  transfer  the
  41.     licensed program, or any subset  of  the  licensed  program,  except  as
  42.     provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use  shall  result
  43.     in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
  44.     criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  49.  8. Installing and  using  RCC 2000  signifies  acceptance  of  these  terms

  53.     RCC 2000 files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
