  11. This End-User License Agreement  (EULA) is a  legal  agreement between you
  12. (either an individual or a single entity) and Ruksun Software Technologies 
  13. for  the  Ruksun Software Technologies  software product  identified above. 
  14. This includes computer software and associated media and printed materials 
  15. (if any), and  may  include online  or electronic  documentation (SOFTWARE 
  16. PRODUCT  or  SOFTWARE).  By  installing, copying, or  otherwise  using the 
  17. SOFTWARE  PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you 
  18. do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use 
  19. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  21. License Agreement:

  23. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
  24. using this software.  Unless you have a different license agreement
  25. signed by Ruksun Software Technologies Ltd., India, your use of this 
  26. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  27. warranty.

  29. Evaluation Version:

  31. You are hereby licensed to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a 30 day
  32. evaluation period; make as many copies of the Evaluation Version of
  33. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the
  34. original SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE
  35. PRODUCT and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.
  36. There is no charge for any of the above.

  38. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
  39. for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software
  40. and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) 
  41. without prior written permission.

  43. Net Force 2.0ppc is not free software.  This license allows you to use the 
  44. software, for evaluation purposes, without charge for a period of 30 days.

  46. Governing Law:

  48. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country of India
  49. and any treaties and agreements that India, as an entity may be a part
  50. of, and are applicable to any and all international copyright laws
  51. prevalent at that time.

  53. Disclaimer of Warranty:

  55. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  56. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  57. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  BECAUSE OF THE 
  58. VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH NET
  59. FORCE MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  60. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  62. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO 
  63. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. UNDER NO 
  64. CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE NET FORCE WITHOUT
