  12. QuickRef is a record-keeping tool for project-oriented work in any field. It 
  13. allows the user to quickly record and review data on time and money spent on 
  14. various ongoing projects, and to keep notes and "to-do" items, specific to 
  15. each project. It allows using almost any existing project numbering scheme. 
  16. The program can be used in either "single-user" mode, or record items for any 
  17. number of people. Time and money entries may be sub divided into up to nine 
  18. different categories. Data may be shared on an office network.
