  3. From the help screen, press <n> to view/edit your own QuickRef operational 
  4. note file (called MY_NOTES.TXT).

  6. Use this file to record whatever notes you find useful to help with the 
  7. day-to-day operation of the program, and quickly review them by pressing 
  8. <F1><n>. Edit the file by pressing <e> in the file viewer.
  9.  
  10. For example, use this file to remember what your various macro (.MCR) files
  11. and your note file header (.FRM) files are for.
