  7. DESKNOTES HAPPY USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("HULA")

  9. This Happy User License Agreement ("HULA") is between you and the Author, as declared
  10. on the "About Box". It pertains to all Software, Documentation, Artwork, and other items
  11. included in the Software distribution.

  13. GRANT OF LICENSE

  15. Subject to the provisions contained herein, the Author grants you a non-exclusive License to
  16. use the Software free of charge if your use of the Software is for the purpose of evaluating 
  17. whether to purchase an ongoing License to the Software. The evaluation period is limited to 
  18. 30 days. If you use this Software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee (as 
  19. stated in the "Help Registering" help file topic) is required. Payment must be in US dollars
  20. drawn on a US bank, payable to Ted Mastrandonas, and should be sent to:
