  14. Day of the Tentacle has an on-line help text feature accessible
  15. through the menu screen which first appears when you type "dott".
  16. It should be able to help you with most problems.

  19.                 A BIT MORE TROUBLESHOOTING

  21. If Day of the Tentacle won't start and displays a message stating
  22. either "Unable to locate overlay c:\DOTT\roland.ims" or  "Unable 
  23. to locate overlay c:\DOTT\gmidi.ims" you must either send away for
  24. the free music upgrade (there's an offer in the box) or select a
  25. different sound configuration from the configuration menu.

  27. If you are missing digital sound effects, check the configuration
  28. menu and be sure you have selected the appropriate item under the
  29. "voice" heading.
