  1. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PROGRAM.

  3. LICENSE AGREEMENT
  4.  
  5. This is a license agreement between you (either an individual or an 
  6. entity), the end user, and Nature Boy Software ('NBS').
  7.  
  8. NBS PRODUCT LICENSE
  9.  
  10. 1.  GRANT OF LICENSE.  This License Agreement ('License Agreement') 
  11. permits you to use one copy of this Software and associated files 
  12. (collectively 'Software') on any single computer system.
  13.  
  14. 2.  COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by NBS or its suppliers and is 
  15. protected by the United States copyright laws and international 
  16. treaty provisions.  NBS retains all rights not expressly granted.  
  17. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted 
  18. material (e.g. a book or musical recording) except that you may either 
  19. (a) make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival 
  20. purposes, or (b) transfer the Software to a single hard disk provided 
  21. you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.  You may 
  22. not copy any written materials accompanying the Software.

  24. 3.   OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This License Agreement is your proof of license
  25. to exercise the rights granted herein and must be retained by you.  You 
  26. may not loan, sell, rent, lease, give, sublicense or otherwise transfer 
  27. the Software (or any copy).  Notwithstanding the foregoing, in one case 
  28. you may transfer your rights under this License Agreement on a permanent 
  29. basis provided you transfer this License Agreement, the Software, and all 
  30. accompanying written materials, retain no copies, and the recipient agrees 
  31. to the terms of this Agreement.  You may not modify, adapt, translate, create 
  32. derivative works, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or 
  33. attempt to reverse engineer or derive source code from, all or any portion 
  34. of the Software or anything incorporated therein or permit or encourage any 
  35. third party to do so.  If the Software is an update, any transfer must 
  36. include the update and all prior revisions.

  38. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

  40. NBS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, 
  41. ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE, OR ANY USE THEREOF, INCLUDING 
  42. (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER AS TO QUALITY, THE FITNESS FOR A 
  43. PARTICULAR USE OR THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PROGRAMS.  NBS DOES NOT WARRANT 
  44. THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE WITHOUT DEFECT OR ERROR OR WILL 
  45. SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM.  NBS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE 
  46. RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE 
  47. SOFTWARE, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, 
  48. DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR ANY LIABILITY FOR EXPENSE OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY 
  49. DEFICIENCY, DEFECT, ERROR OR MALFUNCTION OF THE SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED, ON 
  50. ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) PRODUCTS LIABILITY AND 
  51. TORT, EVEN IF NBS KNOWS OR SHOULD KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

  53. These limitations and exclusions shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential
  54. purpose of any limited remedy.  No dealer, distributor or retailer of NBS is 
  55. authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty.  Some 
  56. states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties or 
  57. liability for damages, and therefore the above limitations and exclusions may 
  58. not apply to you, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

  60. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  The Software and all 
  61. accompanying written materials are provided with RESTRICTED 
  62. RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject 
  63. to restrictions as set forth in Restricted Rights in Technical Data and 
  64. Computer Software Clause at FAR 52.227-7013(c)(1)(ii) or FAR 
  65. 52.227-19.  Manufacturer is Nature Boy Software, 9810 Tara Court,

  68. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.  For
