- If An Area is read-only WriteMsg will terminate, and report that to the
- user. If an area is Private, WriteMsg will not ask if you want to write
- a Private message. Same goes if an area is Public.
- + Added '@ALL' support. Now the user can write to all users. Not in echomail
- Area's.
