  1.                           MESSAGE ADDRESSING OPTIONS:

  3. 1.  Enter any valid USER NAME to send a message to an individual user.  The
  4. user must already exist on the system.  Messages to individual users can be
  5. either public or private.  A private message to an individual can be viewed
  6. by the recipient, the sender, and the system operator(s).
  7.  
  8. 2.  Enter SYSOP to send a message to the system operator.   Your message to
  9. the SysOp can be public or private.
  10.  
  11. 3.  Enter ALL to send a public message to all users on the system.  You can
  12. not send a private message to "ALL".
  13.  
  14. 4.  Press <ENTER> to quit without sending a message.
