  5.       When  you register Voter Plus,  you will receive a  VOTER.KEY  file 
  6.       that is personalized with the name of your BBS and your name.  This 
  7.       .KEY file will unlock all of Voter Plus's many features,  including 
  8.       the ability to create up to 99  booths,  the ability for callers to 
  9.       EDIT and DELETE booths they have created,  and Voter Plus will also 
  10.       then  create the display file that may be used  with  NEWBOOTH.EXE.  
  11.       See NEWBOOTH.DOC included in NWBTHxxx.ZIP for additional details on 
  12.       this.

  14.       After  your payment is received you will be able to  download  your 
  15.       personalized .KEY file from PARADOX BBS at (302)  645-7264  USR D/S 
  16.       or (302) 645-2658 USR HST.

  18.    >> You may now register Voter Plus On-line using your Mastercard or VISA
  19.    >> charge card.  Simply logon to Paradox BBS and type PLASTIC from the
  20.    >> Main Command prompt.

  23.       additional  $1.00  and create an account on your BBS using my name, 
  24.       "KEITH COCHRAN" with a password of "VOTERPLUS".
