  1. What's new in UOTD version 2.03c
  2.  
  3. The program now creates/appends to a list of users who have previously
  4. been selected called UOTDLIST.TXT.  This is an ASCII text file.  The file
  5. will continue to be appended to until you delete it.  Each day when a user
  6. is selected, the previous day's user will be added to the list.

  8. NOTE:  When making selections, the program now referrences the UOTDLIST.TXT
  9.        list to ensure that a user currently in the list is NOT selected
  10.        again.  Therefore, it's a good idea to delete this file now and
  11.        then.  This is to allow a fair chance for all eligible users to
  12.        win.

  14.        This file can also be used to viewing purposes (i.e. a menu entry
  15.        to the effect of '<V>iew list of users who have won' could be used).

  19. What's new in UOTD version 2.02c
  20.  
  21. Added command line parameter /C.  See UOTD.DOC for a full description of
  22. this new parameter.  This should help a lot of the Sysops in running UOTD
  23. off the TOP menu once a day.
