  3. 1. Corrected bug that trashed the USERS.DAT and USERS.IDX files on multinode
  4.    systems.  This only occurred when a caller was in CallBack and another one
  5.    was attempting to log on.
  6. 2. Added duplicate phone number checking.  (Registered version only)
  7. 3. Added check for loss of carrier.
  8. 4. Fixed check for loss of carrier to work on communication ports other than 1.

  13. 1. When long distance was set to no long distance callbacks (2 on line 13 in
  14.    the config file), CallBack was not allowing any callbacks at all.
  15. 2. When making the callback attempt, if the caller entered the wrong password
  16.    in the first attempt, the second attempt message was being displayed at the
  17.    end of the password.
  18. 3. Made the message "Now returning you to <board name>" display whenever
  19.    CallBack was exited.
  20. 4. Cleaned up several color displays.
  21. 5. Corrected the countdown timer display to show 9 through 1 instead of 90, 80,
  22.    70, etc.
  23. 6. Added the messages displayed to the caller if their phone matches a locked
  24.    out phone number. (Registered version only)
