  4. Welcome to the Silver Xpress Off-line Mail System.  Silver Xpress is
  5. the most powerful off-line mail system available today for Pcboard.

  7. Reading and replying to on-line mail is time consuming, often taking up
  8. your entire allocated time on a BBS.  If you read lots of mail, spend a
  9. lot  of time on-line replying to and entering new mail, and/or have
  10. large phone bills from  calling computer bulletin board systems, then
  11. @X0BSilver Xpress is for you!@X03
  12.  
  13. With Silver Xpress, you  can capture mail in an organized manner for
  14. off-line reading  and replying.
  15.  
  16. Xpress will capture new mail from your pre-selected message areas or
  17. conferences.   It will then pack the mail into a compressed file ready
  18. for downloading to your PC.  This compressed file is called an Xpress
  19. mail packet.  Once you download the Xpress mail packet to your PC, you
  20. need the interactive Silver Xpress Reader or (compatible QWK reader)
  21. to read and reply to your mail.

  23. To get started, PCBOARD offers you the @X0CXPRESS@X03 command.

  25. Simple type XPRESS and enter and you will be taken to the Silver Xpress
  26. Mail Door.  Once you have selected your favorite mail conferences, in
  27. the future you can type @X0CXPRESS D@X03 to automatically receive a new compress
  28. MAIL file.

  30. If you have created any new messages with the Silver Xpress Mail Reader
  31. (or compatible reader), type @X0CXPRESS U@X03 to upload your new messages.
