- UPLOADING MAIL TO SILVER XPRESS FROM YOUR PC
-
- When you use the Silver Xpress Mail Reader on your PC to reply or create
- new mail, the reader will create a file with the extension REP, for
- example PITTX.REP. This is called the Xpress REPLY file. To send mail
- to Silver Xpress, you must upload this reply file. You can send more
- than one reply file at a time. For instance, you can send PITTX.RE?
- where you have more than one, such as PITTX.RE1, PITTX.RE2, etc.
-
- When you select this option, Silver Xpress will tell you to start
- sending your mail using the FILE TRANSFER method you selected.
-
- When the file transfer is completed, Silver Xpress will begin to
- "toss" the mail into the appropriate mail areas. You can check the
- personal log to verify and confirm the uploading of mail.
