  4.     This document covers all changes and new features to all models of the
  5.     Silver Xpress Mail System.
  6.  
  7.     Read the necessary parts for your version of BBS.  Any part which is
  8.     not specifically labeled for a particular model, should be considered a
  9.     generic Xpress feature.

  11.     Silver Xpress 4.00 is a major rework of any version of Xpress.  There
  12.     were many changes and enhancements.  But overall, at the basic level,
  13.     it is the same old powerful mail system which helped make what bulle-
  14.     tin board systems are today.
  15.  
  16.     Only the new features, or anything that is considered semi-important,
  17.     will be mentioned.

  23.     There is ONLY one specific version of Xpress for QBBS, Remote Access,
  24.     SuperBBS, TAG, PROBOARD and ROBO BBS packets.  They are considered
  25.     HUDSON MESSAGE SYSTEM (HMS) Bulletin Board Systems, although some,
  26.     like PROBOARD, offer multiple formats.  This version of Xpress is
  27.     called HMS Xpress (Model H1).

  29.     Summary of what's new over version 3.00:  If you are a 2.28 sysop of
  30.     Xpress, see the WHATSNEW.300 file for the changes made in the version
  31.     between 2.28 and 3.00.
