  43.    Delete old RGNC.CFG file. NO CARRIER will now get path information
  44.    from your RENEGADE.DAT file. NO CARRIER will create a NEW config
  45.    file when run for the first time. This will contain the .DAT
  46.    location as well as the Bulletin name (no need to specify the
  47.    location) and the number of sysop logs you wish to consider.
  48. 3. Added error trapping code to stop runtime errors. You should no
  49.    longer get any 002 at 0000:5bD anymore. The program will tell you
  50.    what went wrong.
  51. 4. Removed 5 day limit on logs. Now up to 7 can be used.
  52. 5. Added blank line at end of list of users in bulletin.
