  8.    1.  New Keyword in Config: BadNameMask
  9.        RaVip now checks for certain bad characters at the start
  10.        of a User Name.  It has always checked to be sure the first
  11.        character is in the Alpha range, (A-Z, a-z) , but now also
  12.        checks for characters sent by EMSI protocols, say when a mailer
  13.        call falls through to the BBS.

  15.        By default, RaVip checks for {}[]_.  You can add to this with
  16.        a new KeyWord, BadNameMask.  IF you find RaVip reporting
  17.        on names such as {rfd}!456 [rev  etc, you can add more
  18.        characters.  Remember, only the FIRST character in the
  19.        name string is checked.

  21.    2.  Added a trap to notify if the caller entered any Real Time Conf.

  23.    3.  The information lines written to the sysop message, can now be
  24.        defined by the Sysop, thus implementing a form of multi-language
  25.        support.  See RAVIP.DOC for instructions on language modification,
  26.        and important notes on some fields, concerning particular characters.

  28.    4.  The upcasing function in the CRC check used to access the users
  29.        index file, and validate the callers name, has been updated to
  30.        handle more high ascii characters for the European countries.

  32.    5.  Program Help screens updated, to use our normal Help Menu for
  33.        utilities.  Giving ? or /? or -? will present the Help Menu.

  35.    6.  The "Activity" list text may now be edited by the Sysop.
  36.        This is a minor form of multi-language support.
