  21. - Supports up to 255 nodes on the command line in order to function properly
  22.   with RA/Pro (250 Node) version

  24. - RMU and RATS now support JAM message bases.

  26. - RMU will now work with ALIAS's (Handles) with RA 2.xx only.  Simply include
  27.   a /A on the commandline.  If you are not using RA 2.xx but are using aliases
  28.   on your system (in RATS) then you may put a /SkipDelete on the commandline
  29.   for RMU so it will NOT delete users who are not found in Users.BBS

  31. - If the user has RIP enabled, then RATS.RIP will be displayed to them when
  32.   entering the Bank...  This is the ONLY Rip support included at this time.
  33.   RIP Mode is determined by the setting in ExitInfo.BBS as determined when
  34.   the user logs onto the bbs. We have NOT included a RATS.RIP with this
  35.   archive.

  60. - Messages To the user when someone robs, or attempts to rob their account
  61.   are now configurable.  You may use any text editor to create these templates
  62.   in the SAME directory as RATS.EXE.

  109.   ANSI is handled internally by RATS now.

  113. - No longer attempts to access the com port when in local mode! This was
  114.   causing problems with multi-tasking systems.

  116. - When set up from scratch, RATS would not correctly add the first user to
  117.   the data files, and would give a runtime error. This has been fixed!

  119. - RATS - If a user pays back TOO MUCH time or kbytes, it was screwing up
  120.   and saying they owe a rediculous amount.  Fixed.

  122. - RATPAY - If a user pays back TOO MUCH time or kbytes, it was screwing up
  123.   and saying they owe a rediculous amount.  Fixed.

  125. - RMU - same problem, if the minimum payment exceeded the amount owed, it would
  126.   screw up the balance owing. Fixed.

  128. - RATSCfg added support for Desqview Video Buffer

  130. - No longer creates an entry in the error file when a user does a quick-
  131.   deposit and logs off.
