  5.  This Order Form may be used to Order/Register any of the listed Programs.
  6.  Information on prices, may be out of date, it is a good idea to call if the
  7.  archive date is over a month old.
  8.  Usually, there is a "dedicated" registration form included, for the
  9.  program. You may use that if so.  This form is supplied in case you wish to
  10.  order other of our programs.  If you are ordering several programs, and
  11.  some require only the Sysop Name, and others also require the System Name,
  12.  please include the System Name where designated, we will make sure it goes
  13.  to the right code.
  14.  
  15.  RaLin Enterprises reserves the right to not process an order that does not
  16.  have the CURRENT registration amount included.
  17.  
  18.  Cash payments are accepted, though not recomended. If you DO send cash,
  19.  for your safety we recomend doing so via Registered Return Receipt mail.
  20.  You may register with a credit card, either VISA or MASTERCARD.
  21.  There is a $15.00 MINIMUM registration amount for Credit Card orders.
  22.  This is $15.00 for "REGISTRATION" amounts, any additional fees for DISK
  23.  orders, Euro Check fee's, Out Of Country orders on Disk, cannot be applied
  24.  to the minimum amount.

  26.  IMPORTANT!
  27.  Currently we use a sister system, out of state, to handle our Credit Card
  28.  processing, we hope to setup our own soon.  Your charge card bill will show
  29.  the purchase as being from "Damar Enterprises" in Arizona USA.  In the
  30.  Credit Card Order Box, is a small checkbox which MUST be intialed, stating
  31.  you understand the above.
  32.  RaLin Enterprises will mail you a CASH RECEIPT showing your payment,
  33.  and payment method.  No receipt will be sent from DAMAR, but as mentioned,
  34.  they will be listed on your Credit Card Statement.
  35.  You will, of course, have your payment acknowledged by RaLin Enterprises.

  37.  Any questions on Ordering or Payments may be made via Voice Phone,
  38.  Netmail or Internet eMail, see the program's DOC file for contact
  39.  information.

  41.  Disk Orders also receive a collection of RaLin Utilities, and some copies
  42.  of our FREE programs.
  43.  You may also order a SHAREWARE disk, a 1.44 floppy filled as full as we
  44.  can with current release archives of our programs.

  49.  Shipping:  If you have marked DISK ORDER, and included the Disk Fee,
  50.             Programs/Codes will be shipped via 1st Class Mail
  51.             If you supplied a FidoNet Node address, codes will be
  52.             sent via Fido File Attach.

  54. If you are not ordering on Disk, and wish to call our BBS to get your code,
  55. you need to send the PREBBS.FRM too, unless otherwise noted in the
  56. dedicated registration form.

  58. If you order on disk, but DO have the CURRENT version of the program, we
  59. can fill the programs space on the disk with more utilities. If this is
  60. OK, check the box on the Order Form.
