  77.     persons under 18 years old, etc. If a *.DIR file for your CD
  78.     has a name "WW1.DIR", Black-List for this CD must have the same
  79.     name, but a different extension: "WW1.BL". It is a plain ASCI file,
  80.     with a user names inside.
