  5.     NOTE: Since January 1st 1993, I may not be able to receive direct
  6.           incoming calls. Please route all netmail to my HUB, by sending
  7.           "normal" non-Crash netmail. I will still poll for mail.
  8.           Calling OnLine BBS may also be impossible, in that case please
  9.           call MICRO-BASEN BBS at 2:204/416 (46-13-148077). There will
  10.           be a "ProFAM" message area for questions there when OnLine is
  11.           unavailable.

  13.     NOTE: Since IntlNet closed in Sweden in the last part of -92, the
  14.           old Intl nodenumber of 57:4604/102 is no longer available.

  16.     NOTE: There is a small improvement in the upgrade plans for all
  17.           registered users - no upgrade fee for any new release! See
  18.           below for more information.

  22.     Registering ProFAM entitles You to receive, beside the full version
  23.     where all functions are available, support at OnLine, and unlimited
  24.     access to minor new releases, and minimal upgrade fees for the major
  25.     new release, when and if such releases are available.

  27.  Support at OnLine
  28.  
  29.     One Support conference regarding ProFAM is started @ OnLine (Fido
  30.     2:204/409, Intl --closed-- ), and is free for all registered users.
  31.     Note that the default user name is the Sysop name stated below, and
  32.     the default password is the BBS name (first word only). This account
  33.     is created automatically upon registering, and is set to give access
  34.     to the Support conference. Questions stated here may be private, but
  35.     public is the default since most questions are of general interest.

  37.     There will also be a special Support Node conference, for those
  38.     nodes that wants to help me help those that may need it. Those who
  39.     are in interested of becoming a local Support node, and receive beta
  40.     versions and prereleases, please write me a private letter about that,
  41.     either in the ProFAM conference of by other means!

  43.     OnLine is in no way obligated to provide support for ProFAM, but will
  44.     continue to do so as best as I can. What good is a program that You
  45.     cannot use to the best of it?

  47.  Why Register?
  48.  
  49.     It is only Your registrations that make programs such as this possible,
  50.     and makes me able to continue programming whenever there is a spare
  51.     minute or two left over (which, unfortunately, often seems to be at
  52.     the middle of the nights.. ;)

  54.  How to register
  55.  
  56.     In order to speed handle all registration requests, please direct the
  57.     registration form to the nearest ProFAM Registration or Support site, or
  58.     directly to OnLine, FidoNet 2:204/409.
  59.  
  60.     Registering fee for ProFAM is 40 USD or 300 SEK. This fee covers one
  61.     copy of the program for use in one BBS. Multiline BBS or single line
  62.     does not affect the fee.

  64.     Please do not send any local currency except USD or Swedish SEK, or
  65.     international money orders. Add the amount needed to cash in such
  66.     orders (depends on the type of order, please check with Your bank).
  67.  
  68.     Depositing money at postal account ("Postgiro") 63 75 49-7 in Sweden is
  69.     also possible, but in that case the registration form must be sent
  70.     separately. This saves the extra amount neccessary to cash in
  71.     international orders.

  80.     When the registration information and money is received, a key file
  81.     (about 2k in size) with the relevant information is created and sent
  82.     to You either in electronic form, or on a diskette if that is
  83.     preferrable. No extra charges are taken for this, the diskette is sent
  84.     by priority mail to any location. Please state if 3 1/2" of 5 1/4"
  85.     diskette is preferred on the form below.

  87.  Major Upgrades
  88.  
  89.     When any Major upgrades become available, registered users will be
  90.     notified, and will receive the new release FREE of charge. Note that
  91.     this is a change from previous statements. No upgrade fee for
  92.     registered users in any form is now the fact.

  94.     With Major release is NOT inferred such changes needed to correct any
  95.     bug, or any changes to be compatible with new releases of the
  96.     supported BBS programs (or any new BBS programs either). The time
  97.     between this release and the last major release was about 2 years..
