  28.                             Authenticity Validation

  30. VALIDATE, a  file-authentication program distributed  with SCAN, may  be used to
  31. check PKINSERT.EXE for  signs of tampering.  VALIDATE  uses two discrete methods
  32. to generate Cyclic Redundancy  Checks (CRC's), which are  then displayed for the
  33. user  to  compare against  the  following  values.  Please  refer  to VALIDATE's
  34. documentation for proper use.
