  6. Registration for PCBFV is $15.00.  Registration entitles you to  voice
  7. support  and stops  "PCBFV [ UNREGISTERED COPY ]" from being displayed
  8. after  each PCBFV session.  Registration also enables  the (F)ind text
  9. search feature for remote callers, which is explained in PCBFV.DOC.

  11. You  may  register PCBFV  by  Check,  Money Order,  VISA,  MasterCard,
  12. or American Express.  U.S. Government POs are also accepted.

  35. In  order  for you to receive a unique registration number,  you  must 
  36. provide the name of your system EXACTLY as it is entered in  PCBSETUP, 
  37. section  G  (options 2). This appears in line 94 of  your  PCBOARD.DAT 
  38. file. The BEST thing to do is load this form into your text editor and
  39. enter the name of your board exactly as it appears in PCBOARD.DAT.  If
  40. you hand write it circle all extended ASCII characters.  Don't confuse
  41. the  double `greater-than' graphic (char 175)  and  double `less-than'
  42. graphic (char 174) with the > or < characters.  Characters 174 and 175
  43. are very common in PCBoard names. Enter your system's name:
