  19.      If you want to become a beta-tester for Programs written by
  20.      Bing Wu (author) you must:

  22.                 1.    Be a registered user of the program(s) you wish to
  23.                       beta test
  24.                 2.    Be a node in Fidonet or SISNet or SIMNet
  25.                 3.    Fully agree to, and comply with, the conditions laid
  26.                       out in this file.
  27.                 4.    Fill in this form and send it to the following
  28.                       address: (no NETMAIL accepted since signature required)
  29.                 5.    Be a resident in the U.S.A (live in U.S.A)

  40.      There are a couple of terms to which you have to fully agree with
  41.      before returning this form to the author! These terms are:
  42.  
  43.      [1]:       I'll poll Panda BBS! or official Distribution site of author's
  44.                 software for latest beta releases and non-beta releases of
  45.                 Program(s) I am beta testing written by Bing Wu (author) at
  46.                 least once a week.
  47.  
  48.      [2]:       I will pick up PD_SOFT, an echo for discussion on Programs
  49.                 written by Bing Wu (author).
  50.  
  51.      [3]:       I will have public release (non-beta) of the Program(s)
  52.                 I am beta testing availble for public download and FReq
  53.                 by others.

  56.      [4]:       I agree to be active in PD_SOFT, and post any bugs, new feature
  57.                 suggestions on PD_SOFT NOT via netmail, so others can see it
  58.                 and discuss it.

  60.      [5]:       I agree that I may not distribute any beta version of the
  61.                 Program(s) I am beta testing for Bing Wu (author) unless
  62.                 approved by Panda BBS! as the official distribution site for
  63.                 programs wrote by Bing Wu (author).

  65.      [6]:       I agree that I will destory all copies of beta version of
  66.                 the Program(s) I am testing for Bing Wu (author) and
  67.                 discontinue receving PD_SOFT unless it's available
  68.                 on the backbone after end of my beta tester status.

  70.      [7]:       I agree that I will not route PD_SOFT to others unless approved
  71.                 as PD_SOFT hub or PD_SOFT is accept by FidoNet on backbone.

  73.      [8]:       I understand that the author is not required to continue
  74.                 develop the Program(s) I am currently testing for him.

  76.      [9]:       I agree that once I have been accept as beta tester of Programs written by Bing Wu (author),
  77.                 I may not write any utility program for the Program(s) I am
  78.                 testing for Bing Wu (author) uncless approve by the author.
