  8. Answering Machine is a utility to use in conjunction with OLMS offline
  9. mail door.  Its purpose is to provide the users with a way to scan and
  10. download their mail automatically during the nighttime events.

  12. 1>  Activate Vacation Mail with toggle on the vacation flag and packet
  13.     extension numbering in your account and create your personal
  14.     directory for mail storage.
  15.  
  16. 2>  Deactivate Vacation Mail will toggle off the vacation flag in your
  17.     account and delete your personal directory.
  18.  
  19. 3>  Download Packets will display all packets waiting and allow you to
  20.     download all or selected ones and then delete the ones downloaded.
  21.  
  22. 4>  Quit will return you to the system.
