  3.   Starting with version 2.02 of RASIS, a free NodeMsg code will be provided
  4.   to those who register RASIS.
  5.  
  6.   Well, its only fair that previous Registered RASIS users get this
  7.   same oppurtunity.
  8.   If you are a registered user of RASIS, ver 2.0 or greater, you can
  9.   obtain a NodeMsg code for free, or at a small cost.
  10.  
  11.   If you are willing to POLL for a netmail message, or call the BBS
  12.   and download the code, there is no charge.
  13.   If you wish me to crash file attach, or snail mail your code to you,
  14.   there is a $2.00 charge.

  16.   In order to qualify for this free code, you must fill out the
  17.   following, and send this form to me.

  30.   This form MUST accompany NODEMSG.REG, or ORDER.FRM, which should be filled
  31.   out completely and accuratly.

  33.   If you are using the POLL or CALL BBS, simply put FREE in the COST
  34.   field of NODEMSG.REG, if you request the code be sent to you, put
  35.   $2.00 in the field. (and send the money <G>)

  37.   If you wish to call the bbs for the code, and you do NOT have an
  38.   account already setup here, I will setup a 30 day account for you,
  39.   under the above RASIS Sysop Name, at logon you will be prompted for
  40.   a password.

  42.   This temporary account will be deleted as soon as you have received
  43.   your file, OR 30 days has passed.   While online, if you wish to setup
  44.   a permanent account, you can access the Question/Answer menu, and fill
  45.   out the New User Access form, I will upgrade you to Registered Program
  46.   user.
