  1.  NodeManager - Changes from v1.0 to v2.0

  3.    - Many keys have changed.

  10.    - Moved all configuration sections from NodeManager to the setup program.

  14.    - ALT-I/ALT-O will scan the INBOUND/OUTBOUND.HIS files, and displays the
  15.      last 100 calls.
  16.    - Added 43/50 line mode support.  Command line parameter /NOVGA will
  17.      force NodeManager to run in 25 line mode.

  20.    - Added alert semaphores, so you can determine if a node has hung or not
  21.      Has various methods of letting you know that a node has hung.  Will
  22.      inform you that the Server is hung, if cannot find the users on file
  23.    - Can now define a netmail editor.  Alt-E will load the editor.
  24.    - Can now select from a list the key you wish to use to connect to a
  25.      remote workstation.
  26.    - 'D' will now bring up list of the hung nodes.
  27.    - 'N' will bring up details on the next scheduled event.

  29.    - Menu (Alt-M/Alt-F) will now show parameters on the Alt-keys.
  30.    - Time is shown on scrolling list of time based events.  Can now sort

  34.      minutes of inactivity.
  35.    - Improved the logging of events.
  36.    - Fixed bug where "Waiting" would not appear when the user logs off.
  37.    - Fixed problem when you could send quickkicks to mailers and semaphores.
  38.    - Fixed the setup program, so colour configurations now have a background.
