  135.    The security of the groups and area's is fully supported. If a user has no
  136.    access by flags or level, it will not be visible for the user.

  142.    Unfortunately there is STILL a bug in RA for updating information of
  143.    File-groups & File-area's in the Ans-files.
  144.    If you have in your FILE-MENU in the ansi screen the information of the
  145.    File Area Number (^K2) & File Area Name (^KZ) they are not updated correctly
  146.    by RA (SO A BUG IN RA).
  147.    Helaas zit er 'NOG STEEDS' een bug in ra wat betreft het updaten van
  148.    File-Groupen & File-Area gegevens in de Ans-FIle's.
  149.    Dit wil zeggen dat als je in je FILE-MENU in het ansi beeld de gegevens
  150.    hebt staan van de File Area Number (^K2) & File Area Name (^KZ) niet
  151.    juist worden geupdate door RA (EEN BUG DUS IN RA).

  153.    I have found a solution by making an ASCI/ANSI FILE with the name:
  154.    NEWGA?.Asc/Ans where the ? is for the NODE.

  156.    Enter this in your menu as an AUTOEXEC

  158.    "Display .ANS/.ASC file with menu HotKeys (Type 40)"
  159.  
  160.    Enter at the option NODES the right NODE and repaet this in your menu till
  161.    you've entered all nodes.
  162.    (For node1 the filename is NEWGA1 and for node2 the filename is NEWGA2 etc.)

  164.    If you have only one line, you only have to show the NEWGA1 file and you
  165.    don't have to concern yourself with other nodenumbers!!

  167.    If you don't show group and area information in your menu, you don't have to 
  168.    enter this line in your menu!

  175.    This util makes 2 files in the FILEBASE directory namely:
  176.    "F_AREA.JHR" and "F_GROUP.JHR" These 2 file's content the necessary data
  177.    for the extra group and area information while using the -info parameter.
  178.    These 2 files are 34000 Bytes big (So not a lot)
  179.    When a user chooses a FILE-GROUP or AREA he/she gets extra information
  180.    like number of files, Kbytes, Downloads and for the groups the number of
  181.    area's in this group.   
  182.    You don't have to execute the util NGA_DATA every day, but it's advisable
  183.    if you like to keep your data up-to-date.
  184.    If you have entered the -INFO parameter to NEW_G_A and the 2 files are not 
  185.    found, the extra information will be ignored.
